If I could give absolutely ZERO stars, I would! Anaddia Newman was probably the worst person I've ever dealt with through this organization, her phone skills are horrible, and she is anything but compassionate, and in the wrong line of work. Community Care should fire her! On the other hand, Phil Michels is great!
