The whole team is so unfailingly supportive and caring, beginning with Hannah (thank-you for the flowers!), then Pam, Kelly, and Katy (the vein locator with the new ultra sound machine), and Suzanne-the person who greets me at the door! The snacks are great, so is the coffee. I prefer being out in the open so I can pass the time faster with all the business in the nurse's station or, at least, get one of the rooms facing the station. Ms. Reynolds was very patient with me while I had some technical difficulties on my end of the call. She also made me feel heard and well cared for.
