Only my second time giving blood so I was a little nervous. I had time between work so I decided to stop in. Everyone was so kind and professional. My phlebotomist took excellent care of me, even as I felt faint towards the end. I am so thankful for this team and the experience makes me know I will donate again!

Just have had a horrible experience with cbco. Keep being told to be patient on things and three months later get told the same thing and yet they can't understand my frustration and still ask if I'd like and donate. Well absolutely not if you or your organization can't do their part why should I!!!! Update I do not donate nor will I be donating again with your facility I can't recall how many times I've been told to be patient, be patient and to be told back in August that the new portal would be up and running.
