If i could give -5 stars I would. They just cancel you and don't even bother telling you. Then when you show up they lie and tell you they called you. So you drive 30 minutes to be canceled and lied too. That's awesome for my mental health. You do that to them the charge you some fee. Never going back there. I suggest you don't either.
Very unprofessional people. Had to return three times during the pandemic to retrieve paperwork that should of been included in the handbook to begin with. One time arriving with a lock door after advising i would be by to pick up paperwork. After banging in the door for several minutes, someone finally came to the door to help me. Dont use these people all they want is your money and not interested in helping anybody.
Do not waste your time at this office they will do everything in their power to try and make your situation worse.
