Availability is terrible. One interaction and was VERY unimpressed with the lack of availability of providers and scheduling limitations.
Brought a loved one to help get them set up with care and couldn't even get in the building as all 3 entrances were inaccessible to me in my wheelchair. This is supposed to be a community resource and the fact that anyone with accessibility needs cannot access it is unacceptable.
If i could give -5 stars I would. They just cancel you and don't even bother telling you. Then when you show up they lie and tell you they called you. So you drive 30 minutes to be canceled and lied too. That's awesome for my mental health. You do that to them the charge you some fee. Never going back there. I suggest you don't either.
