This rating is for Community Banks of Colorado in general. On 2/28, I discovered someone hacked my bank debit/credit card, using it in Casper, Wyoming. I immediately called to dispute the charge as well as cancel the card. I got my new card 10 days later, but after two weeks, the amount charged had not been returned to my account. I called today and discovered that although the card was cancelled, the dispute about the charge was never filed by the person I spoke to. A new dispute was filed.
