Enjoyed Community Bakery in the 70’s and 80’s while living and working in LR and NLR!! Still my go to place when visiting the area since moving to Heber Springs!! Great brunch and raspberry scones are to die for (but get there early for them as others must like them also!). See you next week!!
Why have I waited so long to find you? This is the question I have asked myself all day long. Been living here for YEARS and have heard of others singing your praises, but have never taken the advise. I was so unwise back then, but now, as of today, I am all the wiser! We got cupcakes for my baby shower from here and they were exactly what we wanted and they tasted great!
One of our favorite little get away places for breakfast and lunch! Great atmosphere and food! Also number one place to order cakes for special occasions!
I never seem to make it time to catch a ham and cheese croissant, which is my all time favorite. They are first to go each morning.😩

I worked at CB for 10 years but never reviewed b/c I thought it was kinda biased and inappropriate. Well, now I can say it is the best! Not just in its great cup of coffee, satisfying beef stroganoff soup, and conscious-altering baked goods, but also for its staff that smiles through some pretty un-smileable stuff and its got-your-back management that is always looking out for customers, employees, and the SoMA district. It really is the Community's bakery!
I deleted my negative comments about the chocolate torte I got Saturday. My apologies to the staff I encountered. It turned out to be wonderful. Everyone was happy. Again I apologize to everyone.
Good was very good and coffee was great too.
