BE WARNED and DO NOT USE this facility. This shop was identified as an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility, and I want to warn anyone from taking that recommendation. My car was towed there in March 2025 due to overheating issues. The shop performed work, including a new water pump kit. However, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, as I began driving back to Central California, the vehicle immediately overheated again. Came in to get a diagnosis on a code that came up for my car “relating to thermostat”. While I’m aware there’s a good chance this means the thermostat needs replacing, I’m ALSO aware that my coolant levels simply could’ve been low, yet the guy who approached me with his clipboard frustratingly came back with the “I do this for a living, I know what it is” refusing to even CHECK it. I received a verbal quote of approximately $900 for brake pad replacement, while the parts themselves cost about $35 each. Even including labor and other fees, the total seemed much higher than expected. I recommend confirming quotes and understanding all charges before proceeding with repairs
