First of all, I would like to say thank you for helping me out with my car. My check engine light was on and I didn't know what the issue was. They were really nice and took the time to assist me. They were really busy but made time for me, even when I showed up at the last minute. I feel much better now that the check engine light is gone.
Stopped by Community Auto Center about 20 minutes before closing to have my downstream O2 sensor installed. Bo jumped right on it and still had the car finished before closing time. The car was also idling a little rough, and after taking a look, he cleaned the air sensor, which noticeably smoothed it out. Bo took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I brought my car in for repairs and was called saying it was ready for pickup a couple days later. When I arrived the next morning to get my car, there was another car parked into my bumper. When I reviewed my dash cam footage, I discovered that after being told my car was ready to be picked up and they knew I would be getting it the next morning, a mechanic had driven it to his personal apartment overnight and returned it the next morning before I arrived. 5 stars this place save today. I got a flat in my company van at work and we’re stressing out. How am I gonna get to my next job on time. Pulled over and was helped out right away a felt very welcomed at the shop. Highly recommended for all your automotive needs.
Just had a great experience with John at Community Auto. Had my car’s check engine light come on while driving to work. He was calm and kind as he took a quick look at the problem. Within an hour, John called me with the diagnosis and a very reasonable quote. Work was done (with a 2 year warranty!) within a couple of hours! Could not recommend more highly John and Community Auto Center.
