I paid 300 dollars for my documents for my refinance and they didn't fill them out correctly. My lender had to chase them for the information for two extra weeks and I had to have an extension. When asked for a refund since I paid express for it to be done on before my deadline they refused claiming it was done correctly. My lender and I both saw on the documents that it says "see comments" and the comments say "cannot be given to lender". Why did I pay 300 dollars for paperwork with nothing of use? Worst property management company in the area. They have the dumbest staff, if you have a choice select a different property management company.
Our HOA monthly dues are extremely high. We have no common areas - no pools, no parks, no benches, no gyms or community rooms. Our HOA board recently hired CAS, Inc. to replace the previous property management company. Now, let's say the previous property management company wasn't great - but they responded to emails and phone calls ALL the time and at least tried to seem interested and in some cases, actually rectify the problem. My entire life is currently sitting in a moving truck and here’s why: After TWO WEEKS of two realtors, an owner and buyer, and two real estate firm’s assistants all calling this company for a simple form for closing we FINALLY got them to respond.
