This was not a good a experience as an owners and board member. I would not recommend this company.
They are terrible at sending bills. Get late charges when I didn't even see last months bill. We pay for practically nothing. We are supposed to be a gated community but the gate hasn't worked in years. It's such a scan, HOA's. Wish we could drop them. I'll mow my own 25sqft patch of grass.
This company should be sued for the mismanagement of our HOA. The HOA dues have skyrocketed because of this company.
