Having been the president of my HOA for the past 3 years, I've worked very closely with CAM and, more specifically, Scott Slabaugh. I have been nothing but impressed with Scott's service- he responds quickly, manages projects/contractors effectively, and works proactively for the benefit of our community. I had a leak during the tough rains and the management got someone to come by promptly to repair this minor (could’ve been major) issue.
