Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to love my pup, and make sure I know they love him. This will be my forever vet, boarder, and daycare!
I just picked up my maltese dog after 6 days of boarding and was greeted with a very anxious dog and a urine filled dog bed. They claimed that she had an accident yesterday, and had not gotten to wash the bed. This bed was dripping wet, smelled of old urine and had clearly been wet for days. I was informed then that the last time they take boarded dogs out in the evening is at 3:30 (it was 5:30 when I arrived) and then not again until 8am or after. This is absolutely negligence. The staff is great and caring. They go above and beyond. Dr. Lane is very caring and knowledgeable. I will only use this veterinarian's office from now on.
My sweet boy Loco Hank Lewis was given the best care for his 19 years. My 2 fur babies Sadie and Roamie see Dr. Lane. The BEST in Cleveland.
