Best Veterinary clinic in the Tennessee area!!!
Everyone there is so kind . Dr. Brittain is an amazing doctor. She took time out of her schedule and came out in the waiting area to explain things about my sick Laila when we didn’t even have an appointment. I could tell she really had compassion for my fur baby and wanted to help her get well. The girls at the front desk are AMAZING and very kind and efficient in even the busiest of times from what I’ve seen. I appreciate everyone there. Thank you all !

New to the area no idea where to take my dog who had bloody bowel movements. I called the office after talking with receptionist decided it was best to bring her right in. The receptionist was able to speak with the vet, and was provided with a list of things to buy at the store. No appointment needed. If it works great, if not return to the office. Everything I bought at the store worked wonderfully for my pet. Everything I needed cost less than $20. I am forever grateful for the attention and concern for my pet.
Brought my dog in to be dropped off and looked at. Woman was rude and interrupted me as I was asking the girl when will they call me? She yelled from across the office rudely with No they don't call you, you call us.... She was diagnosed with a HOTSPOT after being put to SLEEP. I never talked to a vet. Recieved a $304 bill. Got her home she started scratching her head and bleeding. Called them was put on hold for 10 min. Hung up called them again told them she was scratching her head on the hot spot and is bleeding now. These people are simply the best ever!!! They were so good with us with our sweet pig peppa. I appreciate all you all done to help try to save her. A special thanks to dr. Ryan for trying all he could for that sweet baby of mine! I will definitely be seeing you guys again soon!
