The ONLY place to go in this vicinity. One must be near a veterinarian in the case of an emergency. This current wonderful staff (Meghan, Morgan, Courtney) is the BEST. I am totally confident leaving our pet in the loving care of these fabulous people. Some are vet techs. Thus, they are not "dabbling" in pet care - they are the real item. Love you guys.
Wonderful service - with the NEW spa management - Meghan, Morgan, Courtney - love you all - it's a NEW ambience!! There is only ONE place in town to bring your pet - where a team of great veterinarians are co-located and can be accessed in case of concerns. The co-location of doctors has benefited not only our pet - but those of a friend. As far as the vet hospital, We love going to a place where unnecessary procedures are not sold so budgets can be made - like in larger institutions. We love you, Dr. Link!!!
Sadly our cat was at the end of it's life and required euthanasia. Everyone employee I dealt with from receptionists to doctors were very helpful and extremely compassionate. They even sent us a sympathy card signed by the entire staff! I can't recommend them high enough!
Charged me $11 per tablet for prescription medicine when I could have bought it online for 15 cents each. Yup. You read that right. 15 cents per tablet. But I needed it as my dog was sick. These peeps only care about making money and will fully take advantage of you when your loved ones are sick.
I absolutely love working here! We base all of our practices on ensuring your pet is treated with compassionate care and that your bond to your pet is strengthened for many healthy and happy years! I know this might be a biased review, but we have the best team out there, so I just had to share!
We've been bringing our pets here for veterinary care for years. The staff has seen us at our best and our worst and has always offered us the most professional and compassionate care. We particularly love Dr. Link who is so kind and patient with our scaredy-dog, Zoe, and is always willing to offer practical advice.
