Dr. Only know what they are doing with common illnesses. Anything else will throw them for a loop, had to request my own full throat culture on my kid just to find out the antibiotics they had her on for 4 years weren't working because they type of bacteria was resistant. Gave one dose of a stronger antibiotic and no more sickness after 4 years only because I requested to find out what was actually causing the illness and not what wasn't causing it. My idea SMH
They will tell you to your face that it's your choice whether or not to follow through with a referral. But if you decide to leave, and find a new, BETTER pediatrician- who actually listens to a parent's concerns; BE AWARE THAT THE FIRST THING THIS OFFICE WILL DO IS CALL CPS ON YOU IN RETALIATION!!! PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! YOUR FURTURE AS A CONCERNED PARENT DEPENDS ON IT!! THEY DO. NOT. CARE. ABOUT. YOU! I cannot stress this enough!
After repeated calls, emails etc to get shot records for my nieces and nephew which by my legal paperwork I am entitled to get for their care I have been given the run around.. You'd think being a pediatricians office they would care about a child receiving proper care, and not be an obstacle.
