Worst place to send your loved ones for care. They do not care about your loved ones at all. The director Ms Darniesha claimed our son’s Medicaid had run out and Darius was no longer able to go to day support. When in reality there was NEVER any Medicaid issues just issues with the care coordinator not doing paper work along with the director of the day support. *Review* Little Creek Galley/ through Community Alternatives is one of the WORST agencies to work for. Instead of Catering and encouraging employees to feel empowered and accomplished.... They break you down,to The very LAST COMPOUND We were saying how they only intensify our problems. How it's supposed to be a safe spot for people with disabilities, but they only break us down Hmmm mentally abusive, degrading, antagonizing, pessimistic, insulting, discouraging, and overly critical
DO NOT work here !!! It's NOT a good company to work for !. They don't care or work with you at all! Go to Another company I highly recommend . The pay is good and the hours are there but everything else is poor. They act as if they don't care and they don't so if your looking for great management and people to work with you and CARE this ain't it.
