After finally trying this place, we loved it! Sandwiches are deliciois and the staff is extremley friendly
Though they have some great sandwich offerings, their Friday night fish-n-chips and special Sunday night fried chicken dinners are my favorites. The fried chicken meal comes with cornbread, mac-n-cheese and collard greens. Don't forget a slice of cake for dessert. (Note: Their spicy potato wedges are REALLY hot... too hot for me, and I like spice.) Their location is a bit small to dine-in comfortably, in my opinion, but it's easy and convenient for take-out.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at while visiting LA, and it's not only because my cousin is the chef. The food is delicious, particularly the fish and chips and lamb sandwich. Make it a point to stop by!

Great (!) Lamb Sandwich. As others have said, friendly service from people who seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your dining experience.
