As a parent of a child with special needs, consistency isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Our occupational therapist left the company, and we arrived for our scheduled Tuesday appointment only to sit in the lobby for 29 minutes before being told there was no therapist available. The explanation I received was, “Mistakes happen, we’re all human.” People are human. My only advice if you ever suspect someone from this therapy place did something to your kid ask for the cameras to be reviewed that same day otherwise they act like nothing happened
