I found this practice to be suspect. My initial consultation went fine but in retrospect, more could have been discussed about my condition and related options for outcomes/procedures. The staff immediately moved to steps necessary for surgery without taking time to ask if I was okay with it. Or explaining the pros and cons of considering the surgery option. After consultation with my PCP and a 2nd opinion at another vein clinic, I learned that my condition does not require surgery but that it is an option should I want it. ... read more
