I am absolutely outraged by the treatment I received today. After being notified via text that Dr. Johnson was running behind, I took the responsible step of calling to confirm. Please change your system people that go to the e.r. and they tell them to follow up with doctor. And they can't get u in. So I'm in terrible pain. Can't be seen for days. I love u guys. But I shouldn't have to be in pain like this if it is an emergency. Please help me. Please
I experienced an emergent condition which I ended up in the emergency department for. I called for follow up with my urologist the next day as instructed by ER staff. Upon calling, was meet with very rude office staff. Then I was told it had been more than 2 years since I was seen so I was considered a new patient. Understand that and it made perfect since.
