Please change your system people that go to the e.r. and they tell them to follow up with doctor. And they can't get u in. So I'm in terrible pain. Can't be seen for days. I love u guys. But I shouldn't have to be in pain like this if it is an emergency. Please help me. Please
I experienced an emergent condition which I ended up in the emergency department for. I called for follow up with my urologist the next day as instructed by ER staff. Upon calling, was meet with very rude office staff. Then I was told it had been more than 2 years since I was seen so I was considered a new patient. Understand that and it made perfect since.
