My first experience with a title company could not have been any worse. Their hours posted are inaccurate, I was addressed by a completely wrong name when asked to show a deposit receipt, and a reimbursement check was sent to the wrong address despite providing the correct address 3 times. I waited 10+ days before calling them, only to be told "I'm really sorry" and that I can pick up my check or have it mailed again... in another 5 days. No professionalism or accountability, and not one positive experience to share.
