Update: Now here 13 yrs and they refuse to maintain the park . Their solution to the plumbing backing up. Tenants should take used toilet paper and put in doggie bags. Fill tub and drain every week. Do large load of laundry even if you don't need to once a week. Only use 1 ply toilet paper and they suggested the brand. Fill sink fully both sides when doing dishes . Nasty nasty.
