I’d say if you’re debating between this place and patient first, just go to patient first. At least if imma sit there for hours, I do not need to pay a copay upfront! They request it to be paid up front, and it almost traps you into staying there and being seen. I’ve now been sitting in my room for 1.5 hours with no check in, no status update, nothing. Just left my first visit with Dr. Smith and her MA. Both were very lovely and personable. Dr. Smith was very thorough and made me feel like she was taking my concerns seriously. I really appreciate her being patient with me and taking her time. Her MA was very kind and helped me feel more relaxed. I was seen on time and check out was cake too. Can’t wait for my next appt :)

I appreciate how Dr. Smith takes her time and doesn't rush, however, there is something incredibly lacking with the administrative side of the house here. I've been waiting for more than a week to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. Talked to them a few days after the appt to follow-up, was assured they'd take care of it. Still nothing. Thankfully, this was nothing urgent. I am not sticking around with this practice for the day it is.
