Fantastic practice
I have seen two of the male practitioners and have one seen one of the females. Specifically Ashleigh is now my primary care physician and she’s been nothing but accommodating, flexible and really open to my needs and questions. The portal allows me to send messages to her and the nurses and receive quick answers versus having to call and hope my messages get through. All in all, I’ve been pleased.
I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes on two calls I need to cancel and reschedule an appointment or I will be charged for a no show. It’s ridiculous!
I’ve been an established patient with this practice since 2016 but I consistently struggle to get appointments outside of my annual checkup. When I do need to be seen, I’m often redirected to the Glenside location instead of my primary office. At that point, it really defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician. I value continuity of care, but access has been very disappointing.
The practice overall is good but I do not recommend Kedron Walsh. She refused to see me when I was only 10 minutes late for an appointment even though the manager of the Short Pump/Ridgefield practice told me they have a 15 minute grace period but the decision to see a late arriving patient is up to the individual provider who was Kedron Walsh.
