Ashleigh Coles is the worst doctor, if a DO is even actually a doctor, I have ever met. Bewildering and off-putting narcissist who cares more about being in control and talking at patients than listening or asking a single question about their history. She somehow knows everything about you and what you need without talking to you at all. I had been seeing Noralee Sealy and after she quit, they scheduled me for a follow up with Coles. Note to management, Coles is making your patients find care elsewhere.
I had my first new-patient appointment with Dr. Ortega and left deeply disappointed. I came in prepared with documented concerns I'd researched and organized and felt rushed, dismissed, and condescended to from the start. When I asked her what alternative evaluation she would recommend if she didn't think a particular test was appropriate, she had no answer. I have booked my appointment maybe 3-4 months in advance. They canceled the same morning, when I complained because they are rebooking us after a month, the simple answer was “find another doctor”. Very unprofessional!!! There’s a fee if we as patients cancel before 24 hours but they hold no accountability if they cancelled on us. We are busy too, we have emergencies too, we took leaves and time off for this, and this is the service they provide us.
I've been to this practice two times in the past 4 days. I had the experience with the same nurse both times Felicia. She was very kind and professional. She even gave me a tetanus shot and I never even knew it happened! Great bedside manner. She is a great asset to your practice.. This practice has taken good care of me for many years now. Thank you.
Saw Dr. Ortega in an emergency. Horrible experience. Condescending. I have a drink or two occasionally and felt like I needed rehab by the time I escaped. Her nurse was delightful. One time low review. Would change practice if she was the only Doc..
