I really like my doctor and the staff. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10-20 minutes. All doctors’ offices stay busy during cold and flu season. I like that I don’t feel rushed when I’m with my Dr. I’ve been a patient with Dr. David for probably 20 years or more. My husband now goes to the practice and has been happy as well.
Best rating I can share because if you aren't already a patient, the entire practice is not accepting any new patients. Not a specific doctor isn't accepting patients - THE ENTIRE PRIMARY CARE GROUP is not accepting new patients...good luck out there all you healthy people who haven't been to a doctor in a while and need something.
had been a patient at CPC for over 20 years. I was last seen by Lindsey Klein, MD. I would not recommend her or her staff. There wasn't any since of urgency and providing test results, etc. I called once and was told they would be mailed, as if I could understand the report or interpret what it meant. I was asked to come in to the office to be 'evaluated' for a pre-existing condition with snow and ice on the ground because they had cancellations and I could be seen that day. Dr. Zelenak is great and his nurses wonderful. Good communication, caring and kind. My husband and I have been going to him for over 20 years. (I believe some patients who go to the walk-in clinic have to wait and that might be the source of some frustration, like any walk-in medical service).
