I am very upset with the new system! I've been coming many years now and getting your medicine sent through to your pharmacy is a terrible ordeal! I'm thinking of changing my facility! When the doctor signs for your prescription,why does it have to then go through a medical team? You can't talk to a real person! They don't know a thing about you! They try to schedule you a appointment with the doctor after telling them you just seen the doctor and already have one for the next month! It's very frustrating!
Dr Haasis knows his stuff. Explained and showed on manikin my issues and explained treatment. We were impressed. All Other staff dressed very unprofessional and acted unprofessional. Front desk staff seemed more interested in their personal conversation with other staff than checking me in. Waited at window. Nurse was supposed to ask me for completed questionnaire which explained my issues and did not. Will return because of the doctor.
I am very thankful for the understanding and care I receive at Commonwealth. The staff are very thorough and caring. I would recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of living with chronic pain.
