I applied for a new vehicle loan after being referred by a current member who said your credit union had an attractive rate of 2.74% APR. I have been a member for over 30 years. It is great! I live outside of the US now, and I haven't had any issues. Any concerns are dealt prompt, and action is taken with a call also now that I am not that close to one of the branches.
I've been a customer for over 30 years and I love the Customer Service Staff! COFU is the only credit union that has their customers back and best interest.

not off to a good start. It took well over 1 hour just to open an account. After giving all the proper identification ( Drivers Lic, Passport) my account came up marked as fraud!!! are you kidding me that has never happened to me ever. And the banker never said anything to me i had to over hear her say it to someone on the phone---crazy!! by this time we are sitting in silence and everything is being blamed on the "System" really????? and after all that i was finally approved---really!!!! you don't say..... and the system on... read more
I have been a member of CommonWealth One FCU for over 37 years and have been very pleased with the customer service employees that wait on me when I am there.
I have been with Commonwealth One for over 40 yrs. The Customer Service within the staff is Outstanding. COFCU has always been my financial advisers on so many of my purchases. Every once in a while I get the opportunity to come in and meet the staff..Awesome! Thank you so much for all the personal and professional effort you guys give us!!
