Care was great throughout, I loved Dr Ackerman. She is wonderful and took excellent care of me. My review would have been 5 stars if not for today. This review is for postpartum care where I was refused an IUD because another doctor was too busy with other appointments. I find this to be so irresponsible! It was hard to even get this appointment as OB appointments are booking out months in advance. Dr Pettyjohn didn’t care about a postpartum patient getting birth control, didn’t even offer any alternative for the meantime. S... read more
Grateful to have found an OBGYN practice that takes my concerns seriously. The entire staff is fantastic, caring and very responsive. Felt very at ease with my primary NP, Alicia Shulman, since the first visit. There have been short waits at times, but my appointments have never felt rushed. Having the ultrasound clinic and lab upstairs is also very convenient.
lived the worst experiences of my life here. First, I had a miscarriage which was ignored by medical professionals for months! They made me take the HCG test every 5 days just to say it is still there. Let's wait. I begged for help. Nothing would get my baby back. After that. I was treated by Dr. Leigh. I am so happy that I established care here after moving to Boston. Keely O'Mara has been absolutely amazing. I felt so cared for and respected during my visit, and I always receive quick timely responses from her and the office when I need. Would highly recommend establishing care here to anyone!
