New Car Purchase from Commonwealth Motors, Lawrence, MA This was our first experience buying a car from Commonwealth and we are glad they recently started selling Nissan's. great experience at commonwelath honda! – I had a very positive experience with Commonwealth Honda on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda CRV EX. Our sales person, Chris Drew, greeted us outside(even though it was very chilly that day) and was very easy going and informative. Great Honda Express Service – If you need quick service on small auto maintenance jobs at very competitive prices than you can't do better than Commonwealth Honda's Service department: friendly staff, great waiting area with a huge flat panel and wifi.
Great Experience – Everyone at the dealership were super friendly and informative. They seemed to be truly happy that I am a customer. I feel like I got a great deal and am happy with that! They even came and got me the day I was picking up my new car. That was a great help!
Best Experience – I had the best experiednce I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Keith Audey was professional, knowlegeable., answered all my concerns and is very customer oriented. Also, the Finance and Dept. Managers were also the same. They made me feel at ease with no pressure at all. I would recommend Commonwealth to friends and family and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
Fair Price and Excellent Service – They have an excellent customer service and all my doubts or questions were answered. Above all the price was fair. I decided to by an new Odyssey and enjoying my van for 5months. The buying process was very easy and completed same day. I went to lot of other dealer before buying from them but found this dealer very customer friendly. I also did lot of research on price and got a very fair price from them. I will recommend going to this Commonwealth Honda. Happy to be part of them.
Buying a New Volkswagon – I had a wonderful buying experience at Commonwealth Motors. I really needed help deciding what to buy as I was switching brands due to the tsunami induced unavailabilty of my usual choice. I was fortunate to have a well informed and helpful salesperson, John, who inrtoduced me to several alternatives. Obviously I would recommend Commonwealth Motors as I am a repeat customer and appreciate the quality of service as well as the smooth sale.
