Commonwealth Kia - The absolute best – Bob McLean and Shaun Berryman must have to go the the Chiropractor every day for bending over backwards for their customers! Just purchased a Sorento (which I love) and they could not possibly have done a better job. There was no pressure and Bob took time to show me every detail of the car and has followed up numerous times to make sure everything is going OK. Great Chevy Dealer – I was looking to lease a Chevy Cruze. I negotiated with 2 other dealerships and came down to what I thought was me best pricing. Just before I was about to head my local dealer, I respond to Commonwealth because they had sent me an e-mail. After one call, Commonwealth they put me into a better car for the same money. We signed papers that afternoon.
good service – I bought my car in Sept of 2011 from Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence MA and was very happy with the purchase. I went back for my first service of just a simple oil change and they said it was going to take 40 minutes...it ended up only being 25 that I had to wait so it was great! I am still happy with choosing HONDA
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!! – ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM COMMONWEALTH MOTORS IN LAWRENCE!!! Great Experience! – Great experience! I did not feel pressured at all. I test drove multiple vehicles until I found the right one for me. They stayed true to Kelly Blue book values in both the sales price and the trade in value of my old car.

Best Dealership Experience – I am more than happy to tell anyone I know about this dealership if they are in the market for a new/used car. Every sales person helped me finance and find a car that I love. I purchased my Toyota Camry in January and I love it more and more. They made the entire process easy and painless for me, even registering/ inspecting the car for me! Best dealership in the area!

Went from Meh to Good! – In all honesty, if you asked me a couple months ago I probably wouldn't be favorable but as I get in my car every day I am thankful that they had it in stock, exactly what I was looking for.
