Absolutely seamless process from start to finish. We knew exactly what was needed along the way, documents were e-signed and discussed every time, they were compiled in a separate portal as a checklist, making it super easy to know where we were at, the attention to detail and ability to explain any parts of the documents, was above and beyond. We are very pleased with the process, especially considering how intimidating it was and how overwhelming it COULD have been.

Great place to have your home loan. They made the process so easy for me. I don't understand a lot about the mortgage process and they answered all my questions and helped me through the process. I recommended Commonwealth to several of my close friends who all had great experiences.
