This is the absolute worst insurance company to be hit from. Absolutely trash. I was hit by one of their insurers and OMG GREGORY SEGREST is the worst to deal with. I filed a complaint against this company as a whole company and the adjuster himself with TDI.
I had a very negative experience with Commonwealth Insurance, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It’s a definite “no” for me. After I had a minor accident, they refused to authorize the repair of my vehicle. The adjuster, James Valdez, was unprofessional—he hung up on me and wouldn’t discuss the next steps. I pay for full coverage on my policy, so I don’t understand why there was a delay in authorizing the repair.
Common wealth is the WORST insurance company and the property damage adjuster is a joke! I had a accident 6 months ago and they JUST now did my adjustment and low balled me! Never received rental that was promised or reimbursed for rideshare for car being in shop and the adjuster was rude! Commonwealth insurance company I do not recommend!
Company does not pay out on claims. I have been getting the run around for the past two weeks. They claim they are not able to get in contact with their insured.
I WOULD BE GIVING THEM NO STARS BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THIER CLAIMS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THEY PROVIDE YOU ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION. I WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 40 MIN AND WHEN BRANDON FINALLY ANSWERED HE WAS NO HELP! THEY TOLD ME THE ADJUSTER WAS FIRED.. THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK THE ADJUSTER SUDDENLY WORKED THERE AGAIN😒 I WAS SO CONFUSED .. THEY ALSO TOLD US THEY COULD NOT LOCATE HER WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO .????? this has been a horrible experience i need them to pay for the damage on my vehicle.!
