Have tried for two days to contact this office. After pressing 3 and then 1 to speak with someone at this practice the phone just rings. No answer, no answering service. I work and have to take time to call the doctor and the phone rings for 10 minutes or more with no answer and no ability to leave a message. My insurance company has also reached out to you three times with no reply. I NEED MY MEDICATION and cannot reach my doctors office. 🤬
Do not recommend at all. Stay away if you can.
terrible customer service and literally no one to answer the phones, over a five day period i called 27 times and spent close to three hours trying to even speak to a real person and the phone system just hangs up. definitely finding a new provider since i can’t even call to schedule how unreal
probably the worst experiences ive had at any doctor office. Avoid Dr. Woldegorgis at all costs! he is a terrible doctor. the office staff likes to give you the runaround and not actually be helpful, especially when they are the cause of the problem.
