I will have to say that this has to be the best little kept secret in Salem! I had no idea all the great things this place has until my best friend started working there! These are the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. After two weeks of pulmonary doctor sending order, they still could not get supplies. Go somewhere else- I did.
Would have said wonderful, great until my last 3 visits. Been buying from commonwealth for 7 1/2 years. WON'T be buying anymore. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully. I always encouraged Richfield employees to go there for the attire they needed since they do payroll deduction. Apparently payroll deduction is treated a little differently than customers who are able to pay for their purchase when they get it.
