I like Dr. Marianne as a doctor who listens - that's what the star is for. The nightmare you go through and the money it costs you when they don't submit correct insurance codes and refuse to fix it - run away.
Emails and phone call messages left with no responses. The nurse was rushed. Not happy with this practice.
I really liked Dr Seigrist but switched doctors due to long waits in the waiting room for scheduled appointments. Also had trouble getting the office staff to take care of routine prescription refills. If the ever gets the office staff replaced, I’d go back.
I love Dr. Marianne, she truly cares about her patients and she fully addresses any concerns I have during my appointments. It's true that she is often behind schedule but if you go to the doctor a couple times a year she's worth waiting for. The last reviewer said Dr. Marianne was a pill pusher; I've been to pill pushing doctors before and Dr. Marianne is nothing like them. She monitors my meds and my overall health very closely.

It's sad when you can't even get in to see Dr. Siegrist when you're EXTREMELY SICK all because he's more concerned about wanting a HUGE payment in FULL without accepting a payment plan GRRRR! I'm loosing my home to closure, living off of bare minimum food, trying to find a new place to live, all the while he's DENYING to see me over owing him money for past visits! Don't get me wrong I owe it & offered to pay what lil I can afford a month, but that wasn't good enough for him! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I was very disappointed with my experience with this doctor. I prefer to avoid prescription drugs & her objective seemed to be to push drugs as much as possible. If you want to avoid drugs, don't go to this doc. My insurance company even questioned how ethical she was in how she handled me.
I had an appointment, and after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I heard Dr. Marianne go in to see another patient. From past experience I knew she would be in with them for at least a half an hour to 45 minutes. The same thing happened the prior visit. Also, I asked for a referral on 5/31, and when I went to pick up my lab work on 6/12 they still had not done the referral. I mentioned it today, 6/22, and it still had not been done. After waiting for the hour and fifteen minutes, I left.
I have known Dr. Siegrist for many years. Although I am do not presently live in his area, I can honestly say he is both a very knowledgeable/talented physician, but also has a very pleasant and easy going manner. He truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend anyone considering a new physician try Dr. Stephen Siegrist of Commonwealth Family Practice in Chesterfield VA.
