I wish I could give them a great rating but I can’t get them to actually come do the work. They were quick to come out and give a quote but now it’s been two weeks since we signed a contract and they NEVER answer their phone to actually schedule the work. I’ve called at least 12 times and no answer. They call back hours later when I’m at work and can’t answer. I have worked with Cory and his team of professionals for at least 5 years. There is no bug or challenge they will not undertake. Their prices are reasonable. And Cory is just a well rounded good soul. He is also an ordained minister in the state of Virginia and we ran back into each other on the Beach of Sand Bridge in VA for on of my Best Friends, Daughters weddings. Great company! We have had them treating our home for a while now and keeping it critter and bug free!!!!
I had been having an unstoppable invasion of bed bugs and fleas in my bedroom that wouldn't let me sleep. NOthing seemed to end this issue before I decided to call Commonwealth. Not only were they really fast and efficient at figuring out the source of the problem and exterminating the insects, but they also adviced me on how to cure the bites and keep the house clean from these little monsters. I highly recommend them!
