Not a good place to work. Fraudulent practices, owner and brother aren’t even qualified to be on the truck let alone run the business. The owner and brother falsified reports, and use expired equipment. The brother isn’t even allowed near patients due to his record in NJ. Do your research people.

As a former employee and struggling to get my paychecks forces me to not recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they deal with money with employees, how can customers/patients trust them with their money? Go elsewhere for your business.
Poor business ethics and a plethora of unresolved complaints including here on Facebook. Dont worry tho, theyve had ppl. they know write reviews to balance out the complaints!!
There is not enough I can say about Commonwealth EMS and especially the staff. They are the BEST. My mom had to go through radiation and chemotherapy and they have been a blessing to my mom and our family making sure she makes it to her appointments on time and that she is okay. They are not just a transportation provider they are like family. Words cannot express how grateful and how much they mean to my mom and family.
