Dan Shannon and crew are top notch in the event industry. Melanie, Cathee, Jennifer and Julie provide great customer services. They are truly a bright spot in the live event industry.

Unsure about how well their services are but their driving is HORRIBLE. Tailgating someone going the speed limit and then flipping them off as you go 25 over the speed limit is very unprofessional. I thought they had rules when it came to driving company cars. I unfortunately do not have pictures of the license plate to know who was driving.

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.

As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate.
