I am really appreciate getting this kit from my Doctor,instead of driving 50 miles to a clinic in ******,***ait was much easier to do the test at home,instead of waiting 2 and half at the clinic.Thank you very much.
******** customer service if youd call it that . I tried calling multiple times to ask questions before taking the test and no one answered the phones . Just terrible I wouldnt recommend a company that Cant even answer the phone . I wander if they even processed my test correctly since they cant even answer the phone .

The test procedure was easy to follow, communications from the company were timely, results were delivered quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

SIBO testing that I had done on May 13 was a very simple process, instructions were easy to follow and delivery was all a very efficient endeavor. Results were relayed to myself approximately a week later and therefore could do the proper follow up. All in all a very easy procedure
