The instructions for the tests were easy to follow. If I had questions and called CDI, they were very helpful and addressed any concerns I had about the diet. I received text messages when the tests were received at their lab and again after the results had been sent to my provider. I highly recommend the at home test with CDI. Had questions before the test, they were very promptly answered through email which I greatly appreciated. Test directions were clear, the test was easy to do. it's true there is a bit of prep beforehand with a specific diet and fasting, but it was very manageable. There was a return mail label and everything went back into the original box and shipped back. I had another question about billing after the test was complete and that too was answered via email within the same day. Results were sent me to sooner than I expected ... read more

Test was very easy to use. As others have said the diet is the hard part. Received text message when test was received at their lab and again after the results had been sent to my doctor. Very specific instructions and very clear. Took awhile to complete
The at home testing kit was easy to use. The diet was the hard part. Not being able to eat anything with flavor is hard. I drank more water and ate eggs, but I did break for chicken. I liked that I could decide the best tone to use the kit and make it work for my schedule. Directions were simple although I forgot to sign my form.
