Great staff & service
Do not use this dentist office. They are kind to your face and then show that they are all about money not customer service. I paid everything that was asked of me BEFORE any work was done. They were adamant about paying up front and I did it. I find out months later that the amount was wrong so I was working with the biller about why I still had a balance. I first went to VCAD after reading outstanding reviews from my neighbors. I experienced very timely and effective care from Dr. Simon and his team, in less visits than I expected. My care included caps on my back teeth, filled cavities, and pleasant cleanings. Dr. Simon recommended Invisalign for my misaligned teeth. I never envisioned my teeth could look this good!! ! am extremely grateful and recommend VCAD highly.
Was a little anxious about going to the dentist as it had been quite a while. The staff here and the dentist are both very nice, very accommodating and very professional ... they got me in and took care of business in the way that I believe it should be done. They also have great music playing ... Everyone is so friendly, I felt like I had known them for along time ... Nice ... I will recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking for a great dentist office experience

This was my first visit and it will not be my last. I have finally found a kind, compassionate, professional dentist. The support staff was equally compassionate, caring and professional. If you have a fear of dentist this is the place for you. I am now receiving the dental care I need and will schedule appointments for my families dental care needs in the future. Best move I ever made !!
