Don't sign up!! I've been waiting for 6 months for claims. It's impossible to track your claims...no customer service. I had to escalate and file a complaint to Division of Insurance. CCA contacted me once complaint was filed...still no word.

I called customer disservice AGAIN and spoke to my "Navigator" who directed me to my "Care Manager" who shuffled me off to Carlene the "Care manager Manger who put me on speaker phone and denied and deflected all responsibility. only because negative numbers are unavailable like their care managers basic healthcare and services/equipement i really hope the state shuts the company down and holds them accountable for their failures at all levels please feel free to contact me Id be more than happy to tell you how terrible and irresponsible 99% of the company employees and providers are anywhere worse than sad. pathetic
