We've been buying your tubes for years and have never had a problem like we have on this last box we've bought. Seems like the machine that prints your name on the tubes is puncturing a hole in them. Seems to be around the P and the last R the most. Very frustrating when making our cigarettes. Please fix this as I see others are having this problem. Would really love my money back for them!!!
I have a box of tubes that I have tiny holes in the tubes. Makes it difficult to smoke. Holes around the writing on the tube,I have been using these tubes for awhile noticed it happened from prior boxes but not as many, but this whole box is defective. I want refund. How do I do that now. Website isn't working.
we get the tubes and we have we have holes in the tubes at P were it spells premier and this has been going on for some time, dang it if I wanted a LIGHT CIGARETTE I WOULD BUY THE LIGHT TUBES
I have bought 3 packs of cigarettes now that have had atlest 5 cigarettes in each pack that have hiles in the tube, sick of tryin to smoke a cigarette just to find a hole i have to cover with my finger, sometimes there are 3 holes in one cigarette
their cigarette tubes are hard to fill. because the the opening down by the filter is tighter than the upper part. even with an electric machine i get the same problem. i think this needs to be adjusted.
the carton I just bought was very old and strong taste I have smoked this brand for 3 years now and this is the second time this has happened.I smoke Malibu 120s menthol and again very displeased
Do Not buy Fortuna cigarettes from this company. Mine had weavils. dead bugs in the pack. I'm going to take them back where I bought them but I seriously doubt it if they will take them back as they have a no return policy on cigarettes.If you value your customers you' return my 18.65 for 7 packs of cigarettes
