Have taken two vehicles there to be worked on. Mike the owner is very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
picked up a bolt in a tire heading south through Pineville, stopped here for a quick repair. (tire was leaking air profusely, but not flat yet) I wasn't expecting miracles, I realize they're likely busy with scheduled work, but they absolutely refused to look at it. no quick plug and some air as a temp fix.. nothing. Crater auto & towing down the street got right to us, repaired the tire with a pull through patch, and right back on the road. (they were busy as well)
Called to ask questions about because my vehicle had an issue I couldn’t fix myself and Mike was very rude and condescending because I was a woman and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about I work on my own vehicle and always do my research before calling a shop if it’s something I can’t fix it was so unprofessional the way he spoke to me if this is what the service was like on the phone id hate to see what the actual service is like would not recommend this place at all
I took my truck to them with a complaint of gas cap warning light and dirty fluid in my radiator. I had already replaced the gas cap, hoping that was the problem, but it didn’t fix the problem. So I already knew there was a problem with the EVAP system. I knew of one part commonly goes wrong with an EVAP system, and I was hoping that was it. It was the evaporative system integrity module.
