Called to ask questions about because my vehicle had an issue I couldn’t fix myself and Mike was very rude and condescending because I was a woman and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about I work on my own vehicle and always do my research before calling a shop if it’s something I can’t fix it was so unprofessional the way he spoke to me if this is what the service was like on the phone id hate to see what the actual service is like would not recommend this place at all
I took my truck to them with a complaint of gas cap warning light and dirty fluid in my radiator. I had already replaced the gas cap, hoping that was the problem, but it didn’t fix the problem. So I already knew there was a problem with the EVAP system. I knew of one part commonly goes wrong with an EVAP system, and I was hoping that was it. It was the evaporative system integrity module. Great Work & Honest Had an engine light go on and needed to figure out the problem. They diagnosed and fixed the problem that same day. The quoted price was on the low end compared to the nearest dealerships and was on point with what others were claiming to have paid online. They are up to date on current practices. Went to this place on Monday and explained that I live 6 hours away and needed help with my truck. Told me he could not get me in until Thursday. When I left the check engine came on so I went back to AutoZone and had it scanned. Came back as an O2 sensor. The guy at AutoZone climbed all over and under the truck and as soon as he saw the O2 sensors told me that they were cheap O2 sensors and that the only brand to use with my truck was NTK.
