This place is horrible i only recommend if you have to stay here for a year or two they have horrible maintenance, they have roaches and bed bugs that they don't let you know about before you move in the buildings are old and poorly managed if you get a top apartment be careful cause the stairs are coming off and falling apart the laundry rooms dent work and only have one washer and dryer each building, there's a lots of shootings and fighting's around here people getting killed there's drug addicts that sometime stay in the... read more
I usually hate having to call my apartment complex to ask about anything but Shana made it such a great experience for me. She was understanding, and she listened to my concerns and frustrations. I really appreciate her honesty about the time frame in which my concerns would be resolved. Thank you Shana!
The parking and the way they get scammed. Have to pay for parking fees and ECT , but you pay rent tho someone please notify someone about this its illegal !
