Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. Did this psychologist rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
