Unfortunately I had to give a star. My father passed and trying to get their Dr. To sign a death certificate is next to impossible. Whoever this Dr. Mushinsky-Trailes is, she is extremely incompetent. I left several messages, the funeral director left several messages, and yet, she can’t find the time to call anyone back or sign her name. She has caused us unnecessary stress, as we just want to have our father cremated. Now we have to reschedule the Ft. Logan ceremony and some of the family will not be able to attend.
