Subject: Concern Regarding Treatment on September 10, 2025 Hello, I am writing to share my concerns about the care I received on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, between3 and 4. I arrived and was placed in the waiting room for several hours. A catheter was inserted for IV access, but nothing was ever administered. You want to explain to me why I was just kicked out of the ER and told to go to another hospital because of politics.. I came in for throwing up blood and excruciating pain in my roght side abdomin through the side and back.. Did bloid work and both white and red count ex high.. infection you say? No said the dr m. This place definitely took great care of me !!! And truly listened to my concerns ! They passed notes off quite well so when the relieving crew came on they were all up to date on what was going on with me! I’m not a fan of MRIs but they made sure I was comfortable and again taken care of ! Thank you !! I highly recommend this place
Great facility!… if you go for anything other than the ER. At 7:34 PM, I was checked into the emergency room for immediate mental health risk. I stayed at this ER for a total of 13 hours, and ignored during the entirety of my stay. I asked for a blanket and water a total of 5 different times- very small, basic necessities, and it wasn’t until around 1 in the morning that a nurse had finally grabbed the two for me.
