Had my annual physical cancelled with NO notification. Was told my OB GYN annual was the SAME visit as a annual physical. I did verify with my insurance that this is NOT correct. Have not got a response from staff yet.

She always listens to my concerns without interruption and find solutions immediately, she ensures I am comfortable with the plan she makes to address issues and I feel listened to and respected.
