They know what they're doing
Dr. Notch was patient and thorough. I felt listened to and validated. He provided a lot of info about a new diagnosis for me, discussed different treatment options to choose from, and gave me a take home packet outlining the diagnosis and best practices/tips. I did not feel rushed to get through the appointment which seems to be pretty common in the field anymore.
