At first I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience from the ride to the facility, when they couldn't decide where I was actually going. I was literally on my way to the hospital when I received several calls and was redirected 4 times. As I was entering the er where I was instructed to go the receptionist said they weren't sure where I should be but it wasn't there. Vicki is hands down one of the best physical therapist I have ever gotten to work with. Professional, caring, supportive but stern which I need. Ryan is phenomenal as well!! Susan at the front desk cares beyond belief. Amazing clinic 10/10 recommend
